ANSAC CURRENT ACCOUNT TRUE OR FALSE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS  2023.

  1. The promoter is: Ansac Credit Union Ltd (Reg no. 462CU) whose registered office is at 75-76 Amiens Street, Dublin 1.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over except employees of ANSAC Credit Union Ltd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. The competition will run for 6 consecutive weeks commencing 17th November 2023, with each week’s question posted on the ANSAC Credit Union social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which will provide a link to a question on Survey Monkey every Friday during the six-week period between 17th November – 22nd December. 
  4. To be entered into the weekly draw to win the €50 One4All voucher, members must complete the survey and enter their accurate contact details, before midnight on the Thursday directly following each competition announcement.  The first announcement being made on 17th November and each one thereafter on Fridays up until 22nd December 2023. 
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. This competition is being run via the ANSAC social media Pages and Survey Monkey.
  7. ANSAC Credit Union Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  8. ANSAC Credit Union is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  9. The prize is as follows: Each week, for six consecutive weeks, one winner will receive a €50 One4All voucher. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  10. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible applicants and verified by ANSAC Credit Union Ltd.
  11. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be issued to them.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
