BUTLERS EASTER HAMPER – COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Ansac Credit Union Ltd (Reg. No. 462CU), with a registered office at 18 Drumcondra Road Upper, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to ANSAC Credit Union members who are residents of the Republic of Ireland and aged 16 years or over.
Employees of Ansac Credit Union Ltd., their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To be entered into the draw, participants must:

  • Answer the question: “What has been our recent tagline to encourage savings at ANSAC Credit Union?”
  • Like the competition post
  • Tag a friend in the comments

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Closing Date
The competition will close at 11:59pm on Wednesday, 1st April.
The winner will be announced on Thursday, 2nd April.

5. Promotion
This competition is being promoted via ANSAC Credit Union’s official social media accounts.

6. Prize
The prize is one Butlers Chocolate Easter Hamper.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or direct message on Facebook or Twitter within 28 days of the closing date.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery
The promoter will notify the winner regarding delivery or collection arrangements for the prize.

9. General
Ansac Credit Union Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, or changes in law or regulation. Any updates will be communicated as soon as possible.

Ansac Credit Union Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.

The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Publicity & Data Protection
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

11. Winner Details
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing: info@ansaccu.ie
