📢 We're Hiring – Member Service Officer 📢

ANSAC Credit Union Ltd. is looking for a Member Service Officer to join our team in Drumcondra, Dublin 9 on a permanent full-time basis (37 hours per week).

Since 1994, ANSAC Credit Union has proudly served members of the Army, Naval Service and Air Corps community. With over 7,500 members, we're committed to providing excellent financial services and member support.

What You'll Do

✅ Provide excellent member service in person, online and over the phone
✅ Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
✅ Assist with loan administration and member enquiries
✅ Support members with our range of products and services
✅ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
✅ Contribute to daily administrative and organisational activities

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in a customer-facing role (credit union or financial services experience is desirable but not essential)
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Excellent customer service and telephone manner
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
✔ A positive, flexible and member-focused approach

Professional financial services qualifications are desirable, but support will be provided to help the successful candidate achieve the required qualifications where necessary.
